Jay graduated from Indiana University Bloomington in 2010 and obtained his law degree from The University of Illinois Chicago School of Law in 2013. Thereafter, he joined a firm representing mortgage lenders and servicers. Jay joined Morton J. Rubin, P.C. in 2016. Since joining, Jay has represented thousands of buyers and sellers of residential and commercial properties. In 2023, Jay was named partner and the firm was renamed to Rubin & Izadi Law, P.C.
